Super Cool

So finally I have uploaded allll my pictures. Again, apologies for the major slow-down in posting.
Now, with that said, I hope you're prepared for the longest string of pictures this blog has ever seen.

To begin, I have the pictures of the items I bought while shopping with my momma yesterday. :)
This belt here was a real steal, I got it at BP at Nordstrom. It's the most gorgeous color purple, this picture simply doesn't do it justice. As purple is definitely going to be a key color for fall, I can't wait to wear this belt with many different outifts. Bring on the plum, babes.

As of late, I have been really into rings. I started my budding collection in February, when I found the most gorgeous ring at BCBG. Perhaps I'll do a post about my rings sometime soon :)
This here is my biggest ring to date. I absolutely adore it. It's from Forever 21; they seriously have the cutest jewlery for good prices there. As you can kind of see in this picture, the middle of flower is reflective, it's basically like a distorted mirror. Needless to say, this ring is oozing fabulosity.

Here is another photo of the ring, just because I am in love (that's probably an understatement) with it. I also love how it's black. I would say a good 85% of fall and winter wardrobe is black, grey, and navy, so I'm thinking this piece is going to prove very, very versatile.

This jacket is most definitely a fabulous find. It's Members Only, and I got it at Nordstrom Rack for 60% off the price it would have at Nordstrom. I was very happy with this :) I think it's insanely awesome. The fabric is sort of like the fabric you would find on a wind breaker, but definitely way more chic. And it's the perfect lightweight jacket. I love love love it.

Here is a close-up view of the left pocket. I love this little touch, I think it's brilliant that the brand name is something so cool. Plus it's location is perfect on this jacket.

I got this blazer at Forever 21. The funny thing is I wanted more of a boyfriend style blazer, yet I decided to settle with this and thought I might as well try it on. And when I did, I immediately loved it and thought that this more classic style definitely suits me better. Plus the material is super soft and the inner lining is cute.

Here are the button details. I love how they have little designs on them; they really make the blazer that much more awesome. Little touches like these really make for unique clothes.

There are also cufflinks! They have the same design as the buttons, but are a bit smaller. I think they're great. They give just enough edge to balance out the cuteness of the design on them. I can't wait to where this blazer out. I'm thinking of doing a simple white tee or tank top underneath to put all the attention where it belongs: on the blazer :)

Here are the black boots I got at Nordstrom. They're simple and classic, and the leather is unbelievably soft. I know they will be my go-to boots this fall, and they will match with everything! I did want to buy a pair of 5-inch over the knee Jessica Simpson boots (they're were on sale at DSW!) but decided to go for these instead, decided that in Pullman's climate they may be a bit more practical...

And finally, here are the famous walking heels! They are so so so comfortable, and cute too. And I got them for only $25.00 at Old Navy. I wore them a ton last summer in Europe, and for all the times I've worn them since, they have still proved themselves greatest heels ever. And super versatile, too. How's that for bang for your buck?

You can see here how worn in they are, my feet are imprinted on the soles! I love these shoes very, very much :)

And finally, here is the outfit I wore to the grocery store last week. (And where else better to pose than on my toilet?) The shoes, like I mentioned are from Old Navy. The jeans are BDG from Urban Outfitters. They're my essential skinny jean. My tank top is from Abercrombie; I love the taupe color of it! Also, it was only $12.50 and it's mega soft. How is that for bargain shopping? The scarf was a gift from a friend of mine when he went to Spain, and, like the top, it's incredibly soft and surprisingly matches with nearly everything. Something about this outfit just screams summer evenings to me, I love it.

Well, there you have it. All the new additions to my closet plus the shoes, plus the outfit, just as promised!

I'm going to go to the pool now and get a couple hours in with my swimmer ladies :)

Have a marvelous evening!

xxx
Sarah
