Sunday Work

Jacket - Members Only, Dress - Max Rave, Tights - Old Navy, Booties - Deena & Ozzy, Bag - Dooney & Bourke, Sunglasses - Calvin Klein, Flower ring - BP, Silver ring - a find in Mexico, Bracelets - unknown (borrowed from my sister), Necklace - something I made this summer with my mom

I've been busy with school starting up again... even as a senior my work load isn't that light. Luckily, after semester I'm dropping one of my classes so I'll only have four. It will be fantastic. Unfortunately, I have finals this last week of the semester and I'm not looking forward to them.

The dress and bracelets here are borrowed from my sister while the Dooney & Bourke bag is my mom's. I'm normally not a huge fan of small bags but I just find this one so cute. My sister is off doing an internship and left a bunch of her things here. It's like having a whole other closet, but I wish she had just gone to college and taken all of it instead of going across the country and only taking "professional wear." I miss her like crazy and can't wait to see her again. However, I feel it is quite obvious I like to borrow things.

I got these booties in late August and I love love love them. At first they were a bit stiff to wear but as I'm in the process of breaking them in they just get more and more comfortable! Plus I got them on sale which is always a plus. :)

On a different, more random note, I'm so happy it's January. I graduate in less than five months and I'm definitely looking forward to it! I'm ready to be finished up with this chapter in my life.

I hope everyone had a splendid New Year's, and I will be posting more often, promise!

  1. Those pictures are beautiful, and prove that whatever you put on looks good! You have impeccible taste, and I hope you will be able to put that talent to good use when choosing your studies and career!
I know you miss Kristin, but glad that she is embarking on such a great adventure. You'll be doing that in another couple of years, I'll bet! It is better now than it used to be, as you are able to keep in close touch with the computer and your cell phone. In the meantime, your graduation will be an exciting time for you, and for the whole family, and we will be able to applaud your achievements at graduation!
