Mid-June, I went to Florida for ten days. Upon my arrival back in glorious (not really) P-town, I had less than 48 hours before I was off to Seattle for orientation at the fabulous University of Washington, my splendid school of choice for the next four years of my young life. While in Seattle, I got my Macbook Pro (named Vinny; no correlation to the Jersey Shore, thanks). And now I am back in Pullman, and finally find myself some spare time amidst working and making my social life this summer 152% ballin.
Now that that explanation is taken care of, we can get along to more important things. Such as, HOW ON EARTH AM I GOING TO DECIDE WHAT PAIR OF SHOES (or a bag, maybe?) TO CHOOSE THIS MONTH ON SHOEDAZZLE?! You see, the lovely Bri (who is in England now, you should go read her blog here) gave me one ShoeDazzle credit for my graduation from PHS. Already having purchased my selection for June, I was waiting and waiting for July to come for the sole purpose to rest my eye balls upon the five shoes that could be sitting in my closet in a week or so if I was to click the fateful "Add to Bag" button. But alas, I am now pondering the potentially life changing question, which shoe to pick? Well I suppose it's not really potentially life changing, but for my feet this could be a very crucial question of identity. How will my lovely feetsies display themselves, forever impacting the opinions others hold on their taste and style?! This answer to this seemingly feeble question remains in my perfectly manicured hands. (On a side note, this is not exactly true. My poor nail beds are in need of some TLC asap). So what does this all mean for you, my faithful reader?!
Well, I am putting a heavy load upon your shoulders. I am requesting your help in deciding which item to use my ShoeDazzle credit for. Of course, I do have the final say, but opinions are nice. And sometimes actually helpful.
Now, without further a due, I present to you the three options for this months credit. I feel for them all equally, and even after weighing the pros and cons of each, I simple cannot decide.

And yes, ShoeDazzle now offers bags! Fabulous, I know. So please please please please, leave a comment letting me know which is your personal favorite, or perhaps what you think I should choose!
That's all for now, I'm off to see Toy Story 3 with my mama!
xoxo Sarah
I love the flat sandal! The first shoe is cute but seems less practical. Just my old foagy opinion :)But if you need a bag the one you show here is a great choice! You are gonna LOVE Toy Story 3...hope you have kleenex!
ReplyDeleteMy decision would be to put the credit on the back burner and let it percolate until August or September, when you will want some new things for school. I did like the flat thong shoe best, but it is probably not the type of thing you would work in autumn in Seattle. And would they be good to wear when you are on your feet at work?
ReplyDeleteYou mentioned caring for your feet - I hope you will do that! When you get old like me you will be glad you did! Many women here can barely walk or not at all because they hve so much trouble with their feet! I am proud to say that I have never had a corn or a callous, and I attribute my healthy toenails to the fact that I don't use nail polish.
Finally - stay as nice as you are! I love you, dearest Bear! Nanny
I like the flat shoes. They will add diversity to your collection AND be practical. Win win, right? Plus, I could borrow them! The first shoes, though cute, remind me very much of a pair you already have. And the bag, again like the shoes, it's cute, but you have LOTS of handbags. The credit won't expire. I'd wait until October, when you've been in your new sorority for a few weeks and can purchase the hippest, hottest pair of shoes yet. xoxo
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to agree with the other ladies :) Hold off a bit, and see if you can find an even more fabulous pair to flaunt your feet, and perhaps more seattle weather appropriate shoes :D
ReplyDeleteI misss youuuuuuuu!
Dear Bear!
ReplyDeleteAll three selections are spectacular! However, I agree with the general consensus that you should wait until school and see what strikes you then!
Love, Gubby
Ahh, I wish I had more time to keep up with you while I was in England! I'm glad you can use my gift! I'm sure you have already chosen by now, but I'm such a sucker for wedges, those totally would have been my choice :) Thanks for the lovely shout-out on here too :) I did my best, but I def have some catch-up to do on my blog. Oh how the days blurred together with work and travel! I love catching up on your blog now that I'm home though! Best of luck finishing preparing for school!
