great expectations

Tomorrow, the first of August, I finally head up to the lake with my family! Always a highlight of summer... and with no other long vacation in the past few months, I think it's safe to say it will be greatly appreciated.

1. New nail polishes... OPI Rose Petals (left) and Yoga-ta Get This Blue (right)
Speaking of OPI, I love their South Beach collection. I already have Done Out in Deco, a light lilac, but I'm craving Bronzed to Perfection! And Sand in my Suit. (I never thought I would crave such a thing :P)
2. The new polishes in the line up of my personal (meaning not my mother's) collection of polish. Done Out in Deco is the 4th polish back. My whole stash is all OPI, with the exception of two colors I got on sale at Urban Outfitters. The quality isn't as great, but I like the colors. My two from Urban are the last two in line.
3. A pair of gold gladiator-esque sandals from Urban. On sale for ten bucks, and I've been wanting gold sandals for quite some time. If the price was anything higher, I wouldn't buy them going into fall... however, I might as well seize the oppurtunity. Plus, they're super fierce, and almost snake-like.


Won't be posting for awhile, as I will be enjoying the sunshine and lake water... :)
